SURGIBRIM-B^® (Brinzolamide + Brimonidine Tartrate) ophthalmic suspension 10mg + 2mg is a sterile, topical, combination of carbonic anhydrase inhibitors & alpha-2 adrenergic receptor agonists for ophthalmic use. SURGIBRIM-B is supplied as a sterile, off-white to yellowish color suspension.

SURGIBRIM-B^® is indicated in adults for: Decrease of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in adult patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension for whom monotherapy provides insufficient IOP reduction.

Instill one drop in the affected eye(s) two times daily or as directed by the physician. Missed dose: If a dose is missed, treatment should be continued with the next dose as planned.

SURGIBRIM-B^® (combination of brinzolamide 1% & brimonidine 0.2% ophthalmic suspension) is supplied sterile in opaque white LDPE plastic bottle with dropper with mint green high impact polystyrene (HIPS) cap in 5ml pack.

• Shake well before use.
• Use as directed by the physician.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Protect from light, heat & moisture.
• Store in cool & dry place at 15°C to 30°C.
• Do not freeze.
• Use Solution within one month after first opening of the bottle.
• Do not touch dropper tip to any surface, as this may contaminate the solution.
